Carpet Evaluation / Client Education
It is important to our clients and our technicians that your home or office is evaluated appropriately before we begin any steam cleaning process. There are several issues we must determine before we begin. Here are several factors we will evaluate:
• How old is the carpet, upholstery, or drapes in your home or office? Can these items be cleaned or have the fibers deteriorated do to neglect, sun damage, or age to the point where they are beyond their useful life? Are these items worth cleaning?
• What areas have you identified as problem area? Many times our clients have concerns in regards to spills, pet urine contamination, or heavy traffic areas. We will evaluate these areas on an individual basis and discuss them with you. Our clients know their carpets better then anyone so we rely on you to begin our carpet evaluation process.
• What are the soil levels in your carpet, upholstery, or drapes? We will discuss these levels and determine what your expectations are before we begin our steam cleaning process.
• Are there damaged areas to your carpet, upholstery or drapes? Many times there are tears, seam separations, carpet ripples, or sun fading that can be repaired. We will discuss these with you and determine what course of action you would like taken.
• Does anyone in your family have health concerns we need to know about? We have a wide variety of detergents and spotters available to us and we can tailor a treatment plan to meet your health needs. From anti-allergen detergents to no residue rinses, we have it all!
